Joshua Muellenbach, age 17, from the University School of Nashville in Nashville, Tenn., is a
proficient writer of articles of benefit to the public. He extracurricularly wrote 26 articles for
“The Tiger Times” from 2017 to 2020, primarily on the “Facts About the Universe” series, 19
other scientific papers, a 100-page sci-fi story titled “5060,” a prequel titled “5033,” and
created a miniature documentary series titled “Space & The Future.” Josh discusses topics
ranging from special relativity theory to causality to tackling misinformation surrounding the
Flat Earth Movement. His article “Why Space Exploration Will Save Humanity” was submitted to the Nashville Review – A Publication of Vanderbilt University.
